You've probably heard lots of real estate agents telling horror stories about how they bought a web site from one grinning snake-oil salesman or another and it didn't do a darned thing for them.

Most real estate agents think of a web site as being a one-time, do-it-all, exclusive acquisition; they think they can only have one web site, because they think a web site is something similar to a cathedral, or a holy, mysterious, personal monument, which will eventually do everything and anything they want it to do for them (if they can just find the time, and the right person, to design it for them).
And they think that they can only have ONE of those holy personal monuments, they think that a web site is something very similar to a house - one per customer ONLY.
Or two at the most. Unless you're rich.
Well let them think that way. It means more money for myself - and for my clients.
